Poly-Green retained Michael Nephew under a two-year contract to establish a production facility in Coldwater, Michigan, facilitate the move from Mississauga, Ontario, assume full responsibility for the daily operation of the plant, hire and train key personnel with the mandate that the key personnel would take operational control once fully trained.  

       Working closely with the engineering and supervisory staff, Mr. Nephew was instrumental in improving production efficiencies, through line modifications, introduction of new equipment and using alternative raw materials.

       Mr. Nephew’s leadership and passion for the Coldwater facility coupled with his support to the CEO and Chief Engineer made him a valued member of the Poly-Green Executive Team.
